The Adaptive Beauty Accessibility Workshop equips beauty professionals with the knowledge and practical tools to better serve clients of all abilities. Designed by a licensed cosmetologist and disability advocate, this training helps salons, spas, beauty schools, and brands identify and remove barriers that can unintentionally exclude clients with disabilities, limited mobility, visual impairments, dexterity challenges, chronic conditions, and age-related needs.
Participants will learn adaptive consultation techniques, accessibility best practices, inclusive communication strategies, and simple service modifications that improve the client experience without compromising quality. The workshop also explores the business benefits of accessibility, including increased client loyalty, expanded market reach, and stronger brand reputation.
